This is a beautiful and impressive Chinese artwork. Yes, it is likely a printing, and a very good one. Though I cannot detect ink droplets, it just seems too sharp and precise and near perfect to be a hand-painted painting. I don't know the age of it, that is, the painting. I had it mounted in China in traditional style a few years ago.
The painted portion is on Xuan. The mounting is silk, of course. The roller-ends appear to be bamboo, but may be made from wood or some other material. The condition overall is excellent, it hangs wonderfully, and draws attention. Quite impressive.
